- They candidates must be from 25 until 50 years old
The GROSS salary is between- 14- 20 GBP per hour / 17 - 23 Euro per hour / 130 - 190 NOK pe hour. The salary depends on each position, previous experience, English skills, diplomas/certificates, etc. For Engineering jobs, the salary varies between 25 - 50 Euro per hour, according with each candidate qualifications. .
There are no commission for applicants selected by our Norway partners. The candidates need to support only the cost of transportation!
The contract starts with a trial period between 1-3 months. However, the work is scheduled to be longer - and if the candidates is doing a good job - there will be work available for long time ahead.
- The weekly working hours according Norwagian law is 37,5. There is also overtime available for maximum 48 hours a week, which is properly paid.
- Food is not provided
- 30-35 % cuts from the employees salary for social and medical insurance, taxes and accommodation. We'll provide pictures from accommodations before the employees go to Norway
- The candidates are responsible to cover the cost of transportation.
